ICF Trustees is a specialist division of Innovation Capital Finance Limited.
It's focus is in providing corporate trustee services for a small number of its private clients., who are issuing Bonds, Loan Notes and other Fixed Income transferable securities.
Each client company is bound by a trust deed and a corporate debenture which is lodged at companies house, pledging assets to the security trustees in favour of any of the companies debt holders. In addition, the trustees may also hold corporate guarantees to enhance debt holder protection.
A focus on relationships
Whilst ICF Trustees are engaged by a client company to act as security trustee, our role is to represent the interests of the debt holders and to manage the asset pool in the event that the directors of the client company are no longer able to fulfil their obligations.
Our Expertise
In additional to acting as security trustees our advisory team have extensive experience in managing debt issuance, resolving default obligations, working with the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme as well as acting for Fund Managers across the UK and the European Union.
